As
an ISO 9001 registered company, quality, workmanship, and
reliability are important to us. Our
goal is to ensure that every panel we build meets or exceeds our customers
expectations of orderly, high-quality work. Our panels have gone all over the
world, throughout the United States, the Americas, Asia, and Europe.
For strictly build-to-print projects, our panel technicians have
many years of experience laying out and wiring all varieties of panels
from one hole operator stations to eight door system control panels.
We also provide panel design services - we have engineers on staff who can
design a state-of-the-art, high quality, cost-effective
panel specifically for your needs and generate the needed schematics.
We
specify and procure control panel components and assign an experienced
team of panel technicians to your project. We work with a variety of
panel types, from stainless steel to powder coated steel to plastic
and build our designs around high quality, reliable, industrial strength
components from an array of top manufacturers like Allen Bradley, Square
D, GE, ABB, Omron, Cutler Hammer, Hoffman, and many others. Our intention is always to
build you the highest quality control panel as cost effectively as possible.
After
quality and functionality, one of our primary efforts is to produce a
clean, orderly, aesthetically pleasing panel. We believe that neat,
orderly panels not only look better, but perform better in the long run. As a result of this
commitment, our control panels have been consistently praised for their
workmanship. We submit each finished panel to a rigorous quality control
inspection and can UL list your panel if you desire.
In addition to custom control panels we can also provide standard
electrical subassemblies to companies that outsource such components.
Be
assured that at K. G. Moats and Sons we are not satisfied with our quality and
workmanship until you are, so if we could do any panel work for you now or
in the future, please contact us and give us
an opportunity to bid on your project.
